Sessions are spaced every other week, giving you time to practice changes while still receiving regular support. Session Overview Session 1: Assessment, goals, and a personalized roadmap. Full nutrition and lifestyle review, metabolic targets, barriers, and your custom weight loss plan. Session 2: Meal structure, protein, and blood sugar balance. Build balanced meals, reduce cravings, and create realistic routines. Session 3: Gut health, inflammation, and hormone support. Reduce bloating, support metabolism, and understand stress and sleep patterns. Session 4: Behavior change, mindset, and accountability systems. Address emotional eating, build habits, and navigate challenges. Session 5: Progress review, adjustments, and long-term plan. Evaluate results, refine your plan, and set you up for sustainable success.
