You should learn about what type of proteins there are, what different fats like saturated and unsaturated fats do to your body, what fiber types to take when you have diarrhea vs constipation, or what micronutrients compete for the same binding sites vs help each other become absorbed. What may seem like minor changes in your dietary intake can drastically change the outcome of your health. I can show you that you don't need to miss out on the things you love, nor work out multiple hours in a day, or take all different supplements in order to become the weight you would like.
